Obviously, the world of Fallout is not designed or mean to be a Massive Multiplayer Online, but a mere two-player Coopperative Mode would do just fine. I would at least like to see a LAN co-op mod that could be used when both PCs are in the same building. Or a co-op mod that could be used on one PC. The latter could be turn into an online thing with a remote access program (separate from the mod itself of course). Tamriel Online(The Skyrim co-op mod) is still pretty unstable, but they're slowly getting there. I wouldn't expect something similar for Fallout 4 for a very long time, though. When it comes to co-op, there's nothing more that I'd like to do in Fallout than to travel the wastes with even just one friend. If there was co-op in Fallout 3/New Vegas, I'd still be playing them to this day instead of having them gather dust as I wait for Fallout 4.
